Pay Your Bill Online
If you have received a delinquent letter, or your service has been discontinued for non-payment, DO NOT PAY on-line.
You must pay your bill in full in person or by phone BEFORE service It takes 24-48 hours to reach our office and credited to your account. Unfortunately, this time frame is beyond our control and relies strictly on your bank and the third party processing company they use.
(To pay by E-Check you will need your WCID No. 50 account number and your bank account and routing numbers. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing.)
The account number on your Water Bill is located on the top right line of the bill in the following format: 01-xxxxx-xx (Example: 01-12690-00)

1. Set up auto or web bill pay through your bank or credit union.
2. Set up auto-pay using the Pay Your Water Bill/Sewer Online above.

WCID 50 tax payments are made through the Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector's Office. They accept payments online (click the above link), via the U.S. Mail, by telephone at (713) 368-2273, or in person at its main office or any one of its 14 branch locations (https://www.hctax.net).

On-line or telephone payments can be made via credit card, debit card, e-check, or a combination of any of these. Fees associated with the use of credit and debit cards for tax payments can be found at the bottom of the Harris County Tax Payment Page. The credit/debit cards accepted are American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa. Assistance is available through the Harris County Tax Office call center at (713) 368-2000.
Branch offices also have automated kiosks that customers can use to pay their tax bills via credit and/or debit card.
